These steps ship with every live profile before optional add-ons post to the invoice.
- Accept deliveries as they arrive from partner carriers.
- Record every carton against your tenant in the workflow.
- Send arrival notices whenever stock hits the dock.
- Hold goods under control before release (complimentary window up to 30 days).
- Repack for overseas transit when the lane demands extra protection.
- Build the ship request around the carrier you select.

Storage tariff schedule
- PackagesFree for 30 days (maximum 60 days). After 30 days: $1/day, or $2/day for oversized packages over 1m3. Packages held for 60 days are automatically discarded.
- Mail items (Premium only)Free for up to 30 days. Mail is shipped automatically when any item has been stored longer than 30 days.
Returns processing tariffs
- Return shipping only$11 per registered item. Customer must contact the store and provide a return label when required. Additional fees may apply for partial-content returns.
- Return handling + shipping$33 per registered item. Additional fees may apply for partial-content returns.
APO / FPO dispatch
- Handling fee$27 per shipment (includes one received package) + USPS Priority Mail rate
- Extra consolidated package$11 per additional received package
Pick-up handling fees (appointment only)

Personal shopping tariffs
